Illinois Compass will be unavailable during a dB reboot on Friday, 02/10/12 from 6:00 am until 8:00 am. Users will not be able to log in during this time.

UC Voice: Lync maintenance 02/09/12 09:00 pm 02/10/12 12:27 am
Pre-production UC Voice Lync services will be briefly unavailable tonight Thursday 02/09/2012 between 9pm and midnight for service maintenance. This change may force some clients to disconnect and reconnect.

Updates made via EDE may take longer than normal to propagate to the Campus LDAP and Active Directory due to a large batch of changes going through this evening at 5pm. All changes should be caught up later tonight.

The CITES Help Desk has received a couple reports that some calls to and from Lync are not going through. A busy signal is heard. This does not seem to affect all calls. The issue was reported to Service Managers for further diagnosis.
