Illinois Compass will be unavailable during the regularly scheduled downtime on Wednesday, 5/16 from 5:00 am until 9:00 am for system patching. Users will not be able to log in during this time.

The search service has crashed on one of the mailbox servers and is not responsive. We will mount the impacted databases on other servers so that the server in question can be rebooted and inspected further. End users may be disconnected and reconnected as the databases move.
