A problem with the configuration of CITES Spam Control appears to have resulted in the loss of individual user preference information.
CSC customers may currently be receiving spam in their email accounts.
CITES staff are consulting with the vendor and will work with them to determine how to restore the preference information from database backups. In the meantime it is not advisable for customers to adjust their preferences, as new settings may be overwritten during the restore process.
Further updates will be posted when available.
